Town Of Dubach

7833 Annie Lee Street
318-777-3321

Located in the rolling green hills of North Louisiana, the friendly Town of Dubach sits at the intersection of US Highway 167 and LA Highway 151. It is centrally located between Lake D’Arbonne which is six miles east; Lake Claiborne, which is 12 miles west; and Corney Lake which is 20 miles north; making it an excellent industrial site as well as a sportman’s paradise.

In 1990, the Louisiana State Legislature passed a Resolution declaring Dubach “The Dog Trot Capital of the World”. The Autrey House, one of the finest examples of "Dog Trot" architecture in the region was restored in 1991 and it is now a museum that is open for viewing by appointment.

Our largest annual celebration is the Louisiana Chicken Festival. It is held on the 4th Friday and Saturday in September. The Chicken Festival is held to honor our poultry farmers. The festival features many arts and crafts as well as a parade, food, and games.

Dubach's citizens are proud of their community and are working hard towards its improvement. Dubach has several non-profits working on community issues, is an Entergy Team City, and was recently awarded a US Dept. of Health and Human Services Rural Health Outreach Project grant to improve access to health care for its residents.
