Most county offices are located in downtown Lafayette. The Courthouse hosts the courts, prosecutor, public defender and clerk offices, among others.
The County Office Building on the corner of Columbia and 3rd streets houses most of the administrative offices such as the Commissioners, Auditor, Recorder and Treasurer.
A parking garage is adjacent to the County Office Building with a skywalk connecting to the 2nd floor. Enter the parking garage from Columbia Street, exit onto South Street.
