Rev. Dr. Robert L. Dowen is the new pastor of New Covenant Life

Baptist Church in Knightdale.  He and his wife Marianne live in Clayton, and have served churches in Massachusetts, NC and Florida for over thirty-five years. He graduated from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida.

Dr. Dowen is an ordained minister with the International Pentecostal Holiness Church. Marianne is in ministerial studies to earn her local church ministerial certificate with the IPHC. 

Minister Aaron J. Dowen, son of Pastor and Mrs. Robert Dowen, will serve the church as Associate Pastor/Minister of Music. Aaron holds a Masters Degree in Education and a Certificate in Worship Studies from Liberty University. Aaron and his wife Kelly live in Wilson, NC. They have been married since 2012. Kelly has worked as church a sound tech. and is also proficient in playing the drums. Aaron's ministry/position will officially begin on  Sunday, September 6th in the 10:45 am service at the church.
