Founded in 1997 by a group of concerned Alaskans, the Kenai Watershed Forum (KWF) has grown from a small collective focusing on the Kenai River Watershed to a board directed, regionally respected 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission includes working together for healthy watersheds on the entire Kenai Peninsula through restoration, education and research.
