Kade's Playground in Herculaneum City Park is an all-inclusive playground for children of all abilities. Constructed in 2015, Kade's Playground is a volcano themed playground featuring Mt. Vesuvius inspired volcano that allows children to climb up and down the structure. The playground features high back swings, ramps, musical instruments, numerous slides, sensory panels and a soft playable surface. The playground was named one of the top ten playgrounds in the United States by the organization, Play Across America.
