About Us :

Cedar Mountain Baptist Church of Cedar Mountain, North Carolina is a fully supporting, conservative Southern Baptist Church. We are member of the Transylvania Baptist Association. We were organized on Wednesday night November 27, 1985.

Our stated purpose is the " preserving and making secure the principles of our faith and to the end that this body be governed in an orderly manner, consistent with the accepted tenets of the Baptist faith, and for the purpose of preserving the liberties inherent in each individual member of the church, and to set forth the relationship of this body to other bodies of the same faith...."

We offer a full range of services such as Sunday School, Sunday morning and evening worship, Wednesday night AWANA for the youth during the school year. We have worship services and various activities during the summer on Wednesday night. To this may be added a variety of activities as the the occasion may suggest.
