The Indianapolis Scottish Rite Cathedral Foundation, Inc. was incorporated in 1984 to raise and expend funds to be used exclusively for the charitable and educational purposes of the Indianapolis Valley including the preservation and maintenance of the Scottish Rite Cathedral. The Scottish Rite of Indianapolis Foundation, Inc. was incorporated in 1976 also to raise and expend funds for the charitable and educational purposes of the Indianapolis Valley and has been used as a vehicle to distribute gifts to various Masonic related and community organizations in furtherance of their program goals. The earnings from this foundation has funded medical research, college scholarships, and provided general support to numerous organizations. This foundation also supports the Indianapolis 32nd Degree Masonic Learning Center for Children.
