The Anchorage Folk Festival, Inc. is a nonprofit member-supported volunteer organization that runs the annual folk festival and much more! Our goal is to support, encourage and promote music and dance through performance and education. As a free, public annual event it provides opportunities for you to perform, attend workshops and jam sessions, or just enjoy the festival at absolutely no charge!

Organizing this event requires hall rental, guests artists' fees, transportation, insurance, and sound engineering. We also support, encourage and promote music and dance through performance and education.
