Shelley Waggener is an award winning,  Oscar nominated actress who has co-starred with Jennifer Lawrence,  Burt Reynolds,  Ariel Winter, Adam Sandler and many others throughout her Film and Television career.  She is the President of SAG-AFTRA Missouri Valley and was very active in helping to reinstate the film incentive program in Missouri.  She is also a writer and independent film producer with several projects in development.
