The 2023 Secretariat Festival takes place Nov 10-12 in the heart of horse country in Paris, Kentucky just outside of Lexington. The weekend offers a picture-perfect autumn backdrop where fans can gather to share the legacy of Secretariat and experience the Bluegrass region’s rich Thoroughbred heritage.
