The 78th Belknap County Fair will be held August 6-7 at the Belknap Fairgrounds in Belmont, New Hampshire. This year's fair theme is "Our Roots, Our Heritage, Our Future." The Belknap County Fair plays an important role in the growth and development of 4-H youth.  The fair allows youth to showcase their projects and learning, in return for encouraging and motivating feedback to promote continued growth and development. Youth also share their learning with the public while learning from others. The fair is open to all 4-H youth participants ages 5 and up.  Members 8 – 18 will receive awards as well as premium money. Cloverbud members will receive participation awards. Awards are according to the Danish System. Unless the exhibit and/or article was judged in the wrong Division or Class, all judge's decisions are final. Participants must register through 4-H Online. All exhibitors and their animals must be on the fairgrounds no later than 7:30 Saturday.
