6:00 p.m: Community Parade and Food Drive
Alternate Date If Needed Due To Inclement Weather:  Tuesday, Febraury 6 at 6:00 p.m
Includes fire trucks, police vehicles, City float, lights, music, Fun
Food donation collection for ACBC Food Shelf.
Parade route through Various Coon Rapids neighborhoods.
Neighborhood route map will be posted online soon.
Bring your food donations out (in bags or boxes) and hand the items to
volunteers as they travel along the parade route.

11:00 a.m - 1:00 p.m: 60's Themed Event
Location: Coon Rapids Senior Center
$20 per person
Entertainment by "Rich And The Resistors"
Lunch meal provided by Lisa's Catering and will consist of Meat Loaf, Mashed
Potatoes and Corn with dessert provided by Nothing Bundt Cakes!

Location: Sand Creek Park and Warming House
Hot Chocolate Provided By The North Star Lions In The Concession Building Until Gone

12:00 p.m - 2;00 p.m: Cookies and Canvas
Location: Sand Creek Park Warming House
Children paint their own art canvas with fun winter themes.  Cookies and hot chocolate will be served.

12:00 p.m - 2:00 p.m: Outdoor Skating and Games
Location: Sand Creek Park Outdoor Rinks
Snow painting, Ice bowling, dice games and more

10:15 a.m - 11:15 a.m: Kid's Medallion Hunt
Location: Sand Creek Park Concession Stand Warming House, 1008 Northdale Boulevard NW
Event and prizes sponsored by Coon Rapids Fire Department Community Fund
Open to children 5-10 years of age.
Girl's only hunt will begin at 10:15 a.m.  Boy's only hunt will begin immediately following the girl's hunt.
A $200 gift card from Jerry's Schwinn will be awarded to the winner of each group.

11:59 p.m: Snow Sculpture Contest
Create your own snow or ice sculpture in your front yard
Prizes:
1st Place:  $200
2nd Place:  $150
3rd Place:  $100
All sculptures must be complete by 11:59 p.m. January 30th.  Judging to take place January 31st.  
Sculptures will be judged on originality, quality of work, design and general effect.
