3:30 p.m - 7:30 p.m: Grounds and Exhibit Hall open to receive exhibits
5:00 p.m - 8:00 p.m: Livestock weigh-in and registration at Hell's Canyon Arena

Saturday, September 3, 2022

7:00 a.m - 10:00 a.m: Safeway Sponsored Fair and Rodeo Breakfast - Free to All
7:30 a.m - 10:00 a.m: Exhibit Hall accepting exhibits
8:00 a.m: Exhibitor Meeting in the Pavilion
8:15 a.m: Ring 1:  Swine conformation followed by sheep conformation (no sooner than 11:30 am), followed by beef conformation (no sooner than 1:30 pm)
Ring 2: dairy cattle/goat conformation followed by showmanship
10:00 a.m - 3:00 p.m: Exhibit Hall Closed for Judging
1:00 p.m: Baker County Fair Court registration at ticket office for info call Melody 541-540-4133
3:00 p.m - 7:00 p.m: Exhibit Hall Open
5:00 p.m: Team Pack Horse Race - All the exciting action will be in the the Rodeo Arena! For Information call Rob and Chris Stacey - 541-540-2256
6:00 p.m: Pre-Rodeo Events (Mutton Bustin)
7:00 p.m: ICA and Pro West - Rodeo
Mule Races during the Rodeo
9:00 p.m: Kids' Dance at Pine Valley Grange Hall on fairgrounds  (music by DJ Colleen)
After the Rodeo - Cowboy dinner by 3Rs -  $15.00 a plate includes Tri-Tip or Pulled Pork,  Sides of Mac and Cheese, Cowboy Beans Adult Cowboy dance on the midway

Sunday, September 4, 2022    

7:00 a.m - 10:00 a.m: Rodeo Breakfast- Lions Hall
8:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m - Exhibit Hall Open
8:00 a.m - Exhibitor Meeting in the Pavilion
8:15 a.m - Ring 1: Swine showmanship classes, followed by sheep showmanship (no sooner than 11:30 AM), followed by beef showmanship (no sooner than 1:30 PM)
Ring 2: Small animal (rabbit, poultry, and cavy) conformation and showmanship
10:00 a.m - Cowboy Church in the Midway
10:00 a.m - Team Roping Jackpot (Ride In)
2:00 p.m - Court try outs
3:00 p.m - 6:00 p.m: EV Locals to perform on the Midway Stage
4:00 p.m - Pie Auction on the Midway Stage
5:00 p.m - Grand Champion Round Robin Showmanship in Pavilion will follow the Livestock Showmanship-We will need to be done in time for the rodeo.
6:00 p.m - Pre-Rodeo Events (Mutton Bustin)
7:00 p.m - ICA and Pro West - Rodeo
Mule Races during the Rodeo
9:00 p.m - Kids' Dance at Pine Valley Grange Hall on Fairgrounds

7:00 a.m - 10:00 a.m: Let'R Buck Breakfast- Lions Hall in uptown Halfway
8:00 a.m - 4:30 p.m: Exhibit Hall Open
8:00 a.m: Queen's breakfast behind the grandstands open to visiting and past royalty
8:00 a.m: Coffee and Donuts for Livestock Auction Buyers
8:30 a.m: Livestock Awards Presentation
9:00 a.m: Jr. Livestock Auction Everyone Welcome  (Livestock bidders please go to the JR Auction page for bidder signup)
11:30 a.m: Parade Line Up at Halfway Elementary School
12:30 p.m: Fair Parade down Main Street
1:30 p.m: Pre-Rodeo Events (Mutton Bustin)
2:30 p.m: ICA and Pro West - Rodeo Mule Races during the Rodeo
Veterans - Free Admission
3:00 p.m - 4:30 p.m: Exhibit Hall exhibits must be picked up
3:00 p.m - 4:30 p.m: Livestock pens cleaned and exhibits may be removed
