Memorial Day (5/27) - Reverse Coed Grass 4s

Great way to meet players in the Clarksville community, try out the outdoor game, and have a great time! A reverse coed, KOB-format grass 4's volleyball event.

Format: Reverse Coed Grass 4s
Cost: $10/Player

Co-ed Reverse 4s rules:
-Net will be set at Women’s height.
- Only ladies / girls are allowed to hit in front of the 10 ft line. Guys are NOT allowed to attack (i.e. hit down balls, spike, kills) from in front of the 10 ft line. They must be jumping / approaching from behind the 10 ft line. If a guy contacts the ball while in front of the 10 ft line, it must CLEARLY go up before it goes down.
- If the refs have to ask if that went up, then it probably did not go up.
- Men / boys can block men / boys ONLY. Ladies / girls can block ANYONE.
- You CAN go under the net as long as you don't interfere with play on the other side and don't cause potential harm to the opposing players #Safety
- A net is a net (Unless the ball was down first) #Safety
Ball handling calls will be at the ref's discretion
- Double contacts allowed on serve receives
- No open hand tips, directional blocking
- Open hand set overs are allowed, but shoulders must be square
- Intention to set rule in play - ref's discretion

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS will be discussed on the day of the event.
Striving for inexpensive, quicker rounds, small pools, lots of play and home closer to dinner!
Initial plan is a faster tournament with less teams per net, timed rounds, and equal games for ALL players.
FORMAT:
Sign up as individual, get partnered with a coed partner who you team with the rest of the day, grouping into teams of 4 for 2x rounds of round robin play, then breaking up into two brackets (upper and lower). Monetary prizes for the top finishing duos in each bracket.
Aiming for "BB - Lower A", but all levels welcome, come ready to play with anyone/everyone in a very fun and inclusive atmosphere. Lots of games and new friends to be had!
